What are Keywords?
Keywords are an ideas and topics that define what your website content is about.
As per SEO terms, they are the words and phrases that internet searchers enter into search engines, it also called “search queries.”
If you are website owner and content creator, you need the keywords on your posts and pages to be relevant to what users are searching for, so they have a better chance of finding your website content, posts and pages among the results.
Suppose you have a website about Mobile Phones: you sell all sorts and types of Mobile Phones.
Your blog about what to look at when buying a Mobile Phone and you share reviews about the mobile phones you offer on your online shop.
You sell digital Samsung mobile, so you have created a product category page about Samsung mobile. Ask yourself this:
- What kind of search term do you want to find?
- Which words do you think people’s will use in search engines to find your content or products?
- What search queries will look like?
Probably [Samsung Mobile], right? Because this keyword reflects what is on the page best.
If you’d have to explain the bottom line of your website content, how would that look? What words would you use? That is your keywords or key phrases, if it consists of multiple words.
We use the word ‘keyword’ all the time. This does not mean that it contains only one word. It contains many words. So when we talk about keywords, we have a lot of words meaning a sentence instead of just one word.
Why are keywords important?
One of the important things Google looks at when ranking a page is the content on that website page’s. Google looks at the words on the website page.
Now imagine this, if every word on a blog post about a Samsung Mobile is used 2 times, then all words are of equal importance. Google will have no clue which of these words are important and which are not.
The words you are using in content are clues for Google, it instructs Google and other search engines what the page or post is about.
So if you want to make Google and other search engines to understand what your page and post is about, you need to use it fairly often.
Keywords are very important because your website can show-up when people type related keywords into search engines.
For example, if anyone type in Google search “easywp review,” we appear at the top,
So these are keywords that people search on Google and other search engines and come to your website.
If you find the keywords with low competition and write good content on them, then your post will definitely rank in top pages and you will get thousands of traffic every month and when the traffic is good then you will get a lot of money.
How To Find Low Competition Keywords?
Most people have some keyword ideas in their mind and they want to rank their website in Google top searched.
But it is impossible to know everything that people are looking for. That’s why it pays to do some research to find more related keyword ideas.
There are many ways to find keywords, but the easiest method is to use a keyword research tool.
Most of these keywords research tools work in the same way. You just need to enter a few broad keywords related to your niche called seed keywords, and the research tool kicks back some related keyword ideas.
For example, say that you sell mobile phones online. Your seed keywords might be “mobile,” “smart phone,” “android mobiles,” and “iPhone.”
Now the question is how we can find these keywords with low competition and easy to rank, because if we use high competition keywords we will never be able to rank our website.
There are many paid tools available on the internet to find keywords, in which “Ahref | Semrush | MOZ | Longtail Pro” are more popular, but here we will use free tools because not everyone can afford to buy paid tools.

This is completely different from SAMScoop, but one thing to keep in mind is that we can only guess from these tools whether we can do work on our relevant keyword or not.
So when using these tools always remember that we have to check the difficulty of any keyword with these tools and not pay too much attention to traffic or CPC.
After examining the keyword difficulty, we will find out the traffic of this keyword and its CPC rate from Google, because Google will provide us with accurate information and these tools also get data from Google.
So avoid number of traffic and CPC, just follow keyword difficulty.

Step # 4
Find Keywords Competition and Difficulty With Google
Let me tell you again that the results of the two tools we used above were different but Keyword Difficulty and Competition were similar of both tools.
In fact, the purpose of using these tools is to assess the keyword difficulty and competition ratio.
Basically these paid tools are used for the only to guess the difficulty and competition of keywords, but if you want to get the exact measure of search traffic and CPC then always use Google keyword Planner.
Because everyone uses Google search engine for their searches and all sources come from Google Search, So when all the sources come from Google, then Google keyword planner also tells us the correct estimate of traffic.
Now, I will tell you how we can find exact traffic and CPC for our relevant keywords by using Google Keyword Planner.
Now open Google Keyword Planner, select country in which you want to know keyword traffic and CPC, Type your relevant keyword and click on Get Result Button.
You can type multiple keywords and select multiple countries in one search.
Now you will get result of average monthly searches, competition, lowest paid CPC and highest paid CPC.
According to my selected keyword average monthly search volume is 100 TO 1,000 and that means we will get around 600 to 700 searches monthly.
Also this keyword competition is low and minimum CPC which we will get is 190.54 rupees and maximum CPC which we will get is 1,945 rupees.
If we estimate it on an average, we can get up to round about 1200 rupees and it’s a very high CPC, especially for Pakistani and Indian peoples. Because everyone knows that Google pays very low CPC in these countries.
So that was our main keyword data but Google also gives us a lot of suggested keyword ideas, Which you can use in your article content to get more traffic and CPC.
Here you can see example of this, and as per my relevant keyword, I have found another keyword that has good search volume and CPC.
This keyword “How To Find Low Competition Keywords With High Traffic” is a same combination of our main keyword “How To Find Low Competition Keywords“, in which additional word only “With High Traffic”.
That means we can use both keywords in our content, For example if I type How To Find Low Competition Keywords With High Traffic in my post title then I will cover both keyword in one post.
So this is the key that, once we well understood, makes it very easy for us to find low competition keywords and rank them on top search pages.
Now we will also check this keyword search result from Google.com. Go over the Google.com and type your focus keyword in my case that is “How To Find Low Competition Keywords” and press enter button.
There are millions of searches on this keyword but we only have to look at the searches that use this keyword as the focus keyword.
So to do that type “Allintitle:how to find low competition keywords” and hit enter button and you will get exact search results.
Now we have got exact results and that is only 639, which are very low and easy to beat.
So finally we have got low competition keyword that have good traffic and high CPC.
Step # 5
What Is The Strategy To Use Keywords In Content
So far we’ve got all the information on how to find low competition keywords and with that we’ve also found our own keyword and we are ready to write quality content on this keyword.
Now I will tell you where to type our selected keyword in the content which will help to rank our post.
First of all you must need to use any SEO plugin for WordPress (Rank Math, Yoast, All in one SEO, SEO Press) etc.
I am using Rank math because Rank Math provide us free functions that other plugins charge for these functions.
So you can use any SEO plugin, But I use rank math because in it we can target 5 different keywords at a time.
So first of all use your relevant keyword in any SEO plugin as a Focus keyword.
- Use your focus keyword in post title
- Use your focus keyword in first paragraph of your content
- Use your focus keyword in H2 heading
- Use your focus keyword in Image ATL Tag
- Use your focus keyword in the content different paragraphs
These are very important points in which you must need to use your focus keyword. but one thing is important and keep in your mind do all work in genuine way and especially don’t do keyword stuffing.
Because keyword stuffing is now illegal in SEO terms and if you do, Google will not rank your article under any circumstances.
For example, you can see this post of mine. You will understand everything. However, if you do not understand anything, you can ask in the comment section.
